Introducer Programme

Introduce Commercial Solar Clients to Caledonia Solar

If you work with Scottish businesses that could benefit from commercial solar - as a consultant, broker, property advisor, accountant or commercial introducer - we would like to hear from you. Simple introduction process, transparent terms, prompt payment.

Who This Is For

The Caledonia Solar introducer programme is designed for professionals who have existing relationships with Scottish commercial businesses that are good candidates for solar but who do not sell solar directly. You introduce the client, we manage the entire sales, design, funding and delivery process, and you receive a named introduction fee on contract execution.

Suitable introducers include:

Commercial property consultants and surveyors
who advise property owners and occupiers on asset improvement and compliance
Commercial finance brokers
who arrange asset finance and working capital facilities for business clients
Accountants and tax advisors
who advise clients on capital investment decisions and tax efficiency
Energy consultants and procurement advisors
who manage energy contracts and cost reduction programmes for commercial clients
Commercial estate agents and agents
who manage commercial property transactions and landlord-tenant relationships
Business advisors and consultants
who advise SMEs on operational improvement and cost reduction
Construction professionals
who work with commercial developers, contractors and building owners
A well-managed commercial solar referral requires nothing more from the introducer than a warm introduction and a signed Letter of Authority - Caledonia Solar handles everything else from survey through to commissioning.

How It Works

01
Register your interest
Complete the short introducer registration form or contact us directly. We provide an introduction to Caledonia Solar, an overview of our process and a copy of our introducer terms.
02
Identify an opportunity
When you identify a client who may benefit from commercial solar, contact us with the basic details - business name, site location, approximate building size and known energy consumption if available.
03
We confirm the opportunity
We review the opportunity and confirm whether it falls within our target profile (commercial or industrial building, 50kW+ system potential). If it does, we proceed to introduction.
04
You make the introduction
A warm introduction to your client - by email, phone or in person. We take it from there. You are kept informed of progress throughout.
05
We manage the full process
Survey, design, funding, planning, installation and commissioning. You receive regular updates on opportunity status.
06
Introduction fee paid on contract execution
Once the client signs a contract with Caledonia Solar, your introduction fee is calculated and paid within 30 days. The fee is agreed in advance and confirmed in writing before the introduction is made.
Commercial solar contracts in our target range represent significant contract values. A single successful introduction typically relates to a six-figure project value, with introduction fees reflecting that scale.

What We Need From You

We ask for very little. The ideal introduction includes:

  • Business name and contact details of the potential client
  • Site address and approximate building size
  • Any known information about their energy consumption or current energy costs
  • Context on the relationship - how you know them and why you think solar is relevant
We do not require you to qualify the opportunity technically - that is our job. If the building is commercial, the roof is suitable and the energy bill is significant, we want to hear about it.

Introducer Terms

Introduction fees are calculated as a percentage of the contracted project value, agreed in advance and confirmed in writing before any introduction is made. Fees are paid within 30 days of contract execution. Our introducer agreement is a simple, plain-English document that protects both parties and creates a clear audit trail for each introduction.

We are transparent about our commercial model. Caledonia Solar does not mark up introduction fees into client-facing pricing - our project economics are designed to accommodate introduction fees within our margin without affecting the competitiveness of our offer to the end client.
